Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zatrovo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including studio members, studio administrators, and studio owners.

2. Description of Service

Zatrovo is a multi-tenant studio management platform that enables fitness, wellness, and creative studios to manage class schedules, appointments, memberships, payments, and member communications. The platform serves both studio operators (administrators, owners, instructors) and their members.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may sign in using Google OAuth or email and password.
• You must not share your account or allow others to access it.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Bookings and Payments

• Class and appointment bookings are subject to availability and the policies set by your studio.
• Credit packs, pricing, and cancellation policies are determined by each studio individually.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Refund policies are set by individual studios. Contact your studio directly for refund requests.
• We are not responsible for disputes between members and studios regarding bookings or payments.

5. Studio Responsibilities

Studios using Zatrovo as their management platform agree to:

• Maintain accurate class schedules, pricing, and availability information.
• Handle member data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
• Use the platform only for legitimate studio management purposes.
• Not use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Maintain their own Stripe account and comply with Stripe's terms for payment processing.

6. Google Calendar Integration

If you sign in with Google and grant calendar access, Zatrovo will automatically create Google Calendar events for your bookings. This is provided as a convenience feature. We are not responsible for calendar sync issues, duplicate events, or events that fail to be created due to token expiry or revoked access. You can revoke calendar access at any time through your Google Account settings.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a studio.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities.

8. Intellectual Property

The Zatrovo platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Zatrovo and protected by intellectual property laws. Studios retain ownership of their own content, including class descriptions, media, and member communications uploaded to the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zatrovo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Zatrovo (not to individual studios) in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of individual studios using our platform.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Studios may remove members from their tenant according to their own policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform or via email.
